Change is in my wind...

Day before yesterday, a couple friends of ours that own a hair saloon not far from our house offered to cut and henna our hair. In a rash moment I told them to chop my hair to my shoulders.

Dirty deed done, only too late did they say that I shouldn't style it, or thin it out or anything, because my kind of hair would poof out enormously if either were done.

The woman, very sweet woman btw, used the chance to vent her frustration on our hair and used all the curlers she owned. The result was this...




...a nightmare. Melinda was the only one that looked good with it, I think. In fact she looked downright beautiful that day.

But alas, the curls were not everlasting. Now I keep my hair in a ponytail as much as possible.
