Listen to me, medical people. Why don't we start the day off right with a some inspiring poems from Jimmy Rudow. As you can see from the image on the left, these were written 1970, when he was in his rebellious 16th year.
Such genious.
Maybe I should start trying to write. Then I can have such wonderful momentos from these special teen years to have my children put on their blogs as the following compositions, too.
Ahahaha...ha. What a weird thought.
Death
Be prepared to die, my friend,
Be prepared to die
With life, a frightening battle you've lost,
And no answer when asked why
You contemplate your pain and sins,
You break your mind with thoughts
But in the end it's He who wins,
And you the one who has lost.
On the Field of Battle
On the field, alone you stand
A weapon by your side
The stench of death and blood on sand
Is present far and wide
You ask yourself who's fault this is
"For whom, or what"- you cry
But all is silent, cold, but bliss
With armies in the sky.

OUTSTANDING work, dad! Your messages of hope have inspired me to sing "Death Cometh to Me".
